how do I turn them on or off?

From what i see they are linked to headlights. So i suppose on with headlights and off if you turn headlights off.

If you want to remove them delete the related ext_config file (or lines if you merged files)

Here's a list of colors I use.

It is! Take the .ini of the car you want, copy it in the skin folder and rename it "ext_config.ini".
I'd like to understand this more but am a little confused. Is this to add underglow for a specific skin? Or is this to add underglow to a car not on this list yet? I understand how to change the colors, however, I'd like to add underglow to more cars and don't mind doing the work. I noticed a few cars on this list don't appear with underglow and I'd like to see why. If you could help clear these steps up a little, I would appreciate it. Thanks!

Edit: I did look under ac>content>cars etc and opened the skins folder for that car. When I opened a skin there were multiple files within, one of them being a file labeled "ext_config.ini" - Is this the file to copy? Just save the original and then just overwrite the file with the fresh data?

It's for assigning an underglow to a particular skin

If the skin you want to mod already has a "ext_config.ini", you need to merge it with the one in "\extension\config\cars\mods" and check if the lights don't conflict

If you want one for a car which isn't on the list, you need to copy a ".ini", rename it with the name of the car and change the coordinates of the lights

I hope I answered all of it ^^
