Ultimate Edition

I've just noticed the ultimate edition is on sale on steam is there a way of purchasing this if you already own the game?

It only gives me the option to purchase as a gift I've sent steam support a msg just wondered if anybody on here has done this

No, it's not possible, they want us to buy the DLCs individually instead...

it seems daft that you cant buy the UE and then they just add the content you dont already have to your account

I got a reply from steam support saying i could choose to permanently remove game from my account and then buy the ultimate edition. Have to wait for the next sale now

Depending on how many DLCs you're missing, this might be more expensive, though.

Just a thought when I do change to the ultimate edition will I loose all my mods?

Since you need to uninstall the old game, most likely yes.

sorry for all the questions! if I make a backup of my assetto corsa folder in steam could I then uninstall and upgrade to ultimate edition and then copy my backup folder back into steam and retain all my current content?
