Ugly Grips for wheels

I was given this link awhile back, but thought they were a bit on the expensive side. http://www.racerpartswholesale.com/product/4955/Longacre_Steering_Wheels_And_Hubs

Since i am not going to do the rubberized grips on mine due to longevity problems, would this be something that may be of interest? If it is, i could order a set and see how they fit and or see how much trouble it would be to make the formula wheels so they would fit.

Not really man-they look a bit awkward.

Too bad we can't do an imprint and make a grip from there (as the BMW Sauber racers did).

By the way, are we still on for the expected completion date Charlie?

I believe should be pretty close to it Tom. Still having some growing pains and along with that changed to an 8 week lead time. And then just going thru the wheels as quick as i can. but i am getting back to being closer to actual est times.
