Tsukuba AI - New track limits for Tsukuba

Hi there,
with the new AI improvements by Kunos it is now more fun to race against the AI if you don't have time to race online. So I decided to improve the track limits for Tsukuba by Tiago Lima. Find the track here.

I didn't change the fastlane per se yet as I think it is quite good already. All that was missing to race here were the track limits. Perhaps I experiment with a new fastlane in the future and will update...
