triple monitor help

Using a triple monitor setup with an Nvidia Geforce GTX660... surround works fine outside the game, but I lost surround in F12014 and can't get it back. I'm pretty sure it was working with 19**X1080 and at some point I was able to use a hotkey to flip back and forth (Ctrl+Alt+S I think) but that now has no effect... running Win7...

Any tips/help would be appreciated...

So I feel like an idiot. After spending literally hours changing resolutions in the game, I finally went into Nvidia control panel, turned surround off, then turned it back on and everything worked fine...
