Wasn't to sure where to put this, but got it from another source, and i know some people have been asking for something like this to help with setups, this shows you track layouts, gearing and speeds for all tracks.

Quick question... Can you explain what the boxes by each corner means? For instances on Bahrain the box next to Turn 1 has (7) (0,2) and (300). Does that mean be in 7th gear and break 300m before the turn? If so, what does the 0,2 mean?
