Top speed / turning - help

I’ve been running the f1 Las Vegas track with an unmodified RSS formula hybrid x 2023 v2. Only “mod” is 2023 skins. When i run a race with all the same cars, and it doesn’t matter where i have thier ai aggressive set to, my car tops out at 182mph and they keep pulling away from / passing me. At 178 it creeps ahead to 182 and won’t go any faster. I checked the fanatec pedal; brakes aren’t engaged and 100% throttle is 10% before the end of play. I’m assuming there is some setting / button i need to push?

Second, screen image and rotation matches what I’m doing in real life (sen set to auto in fanalab)… but a 45 degree turn requires almost 180 on the wheel which doesn’t feel / look right compared to videos I’ve watched of other sim drivers… a 90 requires almost a 360 to make it turn.
