Tool for generating talent files.

Is there a tool available for generating a large number of Talent files, similar to what we have in Rfactor?

I even have that application, but I went straight past it because the name doesn't mention Talent.

One caveat to using these programs. Unless you are just tweaking one file at a time, put all the files you want to work with in one folder and make certain the program is only reading that particular folder, otherwise it will apply your edits to every talent file it finds. I found it safest to create a working folder outside of the default talent folder.

Thanks for the helpful tip! I have discovered that an effective approach is to unzip a mod and create the talent files while it is still in its original folder.
Additionally, I've been using an Excel worksheet called "Liesmich GTR2_Driver&Car Manager" to make bulk edits to specific car classes and review all talent files in one place to check for errors. It's been a great tool once I figured out how to use it.
