Tool for central configuration of sim racing hardware controls

I, like many of us, like to play a variety of sim racing titles. However, it is fairly annoying to have to configure the controls in each one. I often find myself changing configs to something that is more natural just to have to find I need to change it 3-4 more times in different games. Does there exist a tool for managing these configs?

I just don't see the point of multiple engines that make identical cars feel different to drive with different forces
