tires get all weird and blury

Hey guys got a weird problem with cm the last few days when i drive the f1 2021 Hybrid and the 2022 version the tyres get al blurry when i drive, when i stop driving they go back to normal i dont understand is there a fix for this??

It happen after i installed horizon shaders.

I had this problem once.. Couldnt figure out the problem but nothing short of a clean install would fix it.
