Thrustmaster T300 not working in game when used in CM

I have a T300 and it works in the base steam game perfectly fine but even though ive set it up through content manager it doesnt want to recognize my inputs, anyone else have this problem?

FIXED I TURNED OFF STEAM CONTROLLER SETTINGS
