F1 2013 This game is so scripted

Is it me or is this game over scripted... every time I get to Barcelona it does not matter how well I qualify (sometimes on pole) or how many times I restart this race trying to get my head around the senarios put to you in the race this game just does not want me to score points and keeps ripping me off with bug issues in the game. is anyone else experiencing any issues . I personally think this game is a backward step from 2012. Naff. Ironically I always do very well in all the other races without issues, whats the crack codemasters.

I finished 4th in my career race there in the Sauber. That was a pleasant surprise for me. I started from P11 - 100% distance race, no assists.
What are you finding is scripted about the race?
