How is a series run when the sim is not released? Where can the sim be found?
All I have seen is a pre order option.

the league will be run in December, the sim should be released hopefully within 2 weeks

those who pre-ordered the game can get hold of the RC builds right now, so they can practice and work on setups, as far as i know the physics will not change from the RC build to the final one, only some bugs/glitches & security probably
