F1 2013 SweetFX error

Hello, I try to use SweetFX with F1 2013, but I'm getting an error message when trying to run the game. I have searched some topics about this issue, and they all say that it's a problem with Windows 10 and a file associated with SweetFX called dxgi.dll. And really, when I delete that file, the game runs immediately. But the SweetFX doesn't enable after that. I think that file is needed to be able to use the preset. I downloaded this preset for F1 2013:
