Sugo Mod track weird white square trees

I've just downloaded the Sugo mod track by Project Cars Modding Team, I can get the track into game and race the AI but the most of tress are white opaque boxes, about a third of the trees look normal but the other two thirds are not right.
Has anyone elese had this issue and if so, how did you fix it?

I use an AMD 6700 XT GPU.

That's because you didn't follow the readme and didn't install the trees first. It's all on the Project Cars Modding Team's website.

Yes I definitely did install the trees first.

Then sorry for assuming and maybe they didn't install correctly. Have you tried redownloading and reinstalling them? Make sure they are the first thing you install as well, ideally trees -> tracks -> cars -> bootfiles.

When you download the PC2_common_3D_trees folder, there is another folder inside also called PC2_common_3D_trees. Its this one that you need to grab and add to JSGME. This cures your issue.
