Suggestion: A giant checkbox validating you have the right to upload files

I am sure the mods are sick of deleting all the illegal rips that have been posted.o in an effort to reduce the work required, how about a checkbox validating that you are uploading your own work?

Something along the lines of: 'I am the creator of this file or have the proper authorization to upload this file. This file does not contain any models or textures from a commercial product.' I'm sure the wording could be better

Never know, might help someone realise what they are doing is wrong

They already ticked that box the moment they created an account. Unfortunately most people don't read what they sign up for.

Do like the idea so ill see if that is possible to do.
