Stupid crashes

It makes no sense. I think these crashes happens the first time I load a car (or maybe a track). The in-game screen appears but frozen. Sometimes, only the driver is displayed, not the cockpit. However, I just cancel the error and press again the GO button (nothing changed!) and the game runs perfectly. What!!??
