rF2 novice question: If I choose a custom skin downloaded from RaceDepartment, will it be seen by others online, or will they just see a car without any livery, or even just a yellow blob?

Custom skin sharing is enabled for all of our servers, so your livery will be visible to anyone who has not disabled the downloading of custom skin files.
