stream deck question. can anyone show me how to use it in a racing setup

hi i want/but dont understand how to start content manager and also load all icons i have configured with the corresponding icon.

scheme

first screen with diffrent things vlc,firefox and steam.

pressing steam
all my steam games buttons

i dont understand how to load the exe file and load al hotkeys in one go like this.
pressing content manager button and loading all assetto corsa icons i have configured.

now i have to press the content manager button and it loads the icons for the game but i have also a button to load content manager.
can any one please explain or link me somewhere helpful.
