Steam Refund?....

I recently purchased a game from Steam that I'm disappointed in. I have not reached the 2 hour threshold of usage, so it's eligible for refund.

Exactly how do I go about claiming that refund?

As long as you purchased from Steam

Buy from key sites there is no refund
Funny they don't mention that

My mistake it's in "Steam Refund Policy"

PURCHASES MADE OUTSIDE OF STEAM

Valve cannot provide refunds for purchases made outside of Steam (for example, CD keys or Steam wallet cards purchased from third parties).
