Showroom fails to load....

AC is failing to load showroom which just crashes - In plain vanilla AC it returns to the UI, with CM (full version) it crashes to desktop.

I tried everything, vanilla AC popup says D3DCOMPILE_43.dll cannot be found - strange as there's a copy in windows/system32

I've renamed ac in my docs, to allow it to recreate ac/cfg/showroom start.ini ......etc still no luck..

I use Sol PP, switched to default.... still no luck.

I've also run a steam integrity ac check - win ver 1809 is up-to-date.... I'm just about stuck.

Anyone?.... I've loaded a car in showrooms in the past, could be a few weeks since I've done this, but this morning it jut crashes and I'm not sure why.

Thank you - sorted, the video was very helpful.
For some reason the D3DCOMPILE_43.dll was missing not from the c/windows/system32 folder but the c/windows/sysWOW64 - copied/pasted the compiler from my sons PC as he also plays AC and his showroom functions fine..... Strange how win10 had the file missing as the showroom was working the last time I needed to check a car..... Anyway, working now so I'm happy.... Tanks once again.
