i want to change the default boost percentage from 20 to 60 percent how do i do that?

i want to change the default boost percentage from 20 to 60 percent how do i do that?

20 seem odd, never seen car with 20 default bnut maybe it differs depending on what you are driving? CTR for me always starts with boost 80 for example. Maybe you have some custom car config saved and it loads it automatically? or somehow you press "2" on keyboard or some other key combination before start driving?
