Settings for Qualification

A day ago I saw a livestream of a DTM Series. They had divided the Qualification into 4 parts.
All cars took part at the Q1 (14 Minutes)
14 at Q2 (12 Min)
8 at Q3 (10 Min)
and 4 at Q4 (Shootout/Superpole)

How could I do this?

You can't do it the way you imagine.

They would have done a 60 minute Qualifying session with no Parc Ferme and restarted several times.

or they used Practice 1,2,3 and then Qualifying for superpole.

rFactor does not support more than 1 Qualifying session.
