Server is unavailable(ping failed)

I've created a server for Assetto Corsa. Using Content Manager I can find the server but it gives me the error message "Server is unavailable". So I can't view the section that shows cars available.

Any tips on how to resolve?

edit: using CMD and entering ping **ip address** works

I have the same problem with one server, can you explain better what did you do to solve that issue?

i have an issue with that and doing cmd and pinging it doesnt help
