F1 2020 RTX 3080 Settings for 1440p

I just got my RTX 3080 and tried F1 2020. I seem to be getting really poor 1% lows on frame rate.

My monitor is set to 144Hz and I'm trying to use G Sync as my monitor is G Sync compatible. My frame rate average is around 144 but the 1% low is coming out at roughly 30fps. I'm getting various hitches in frame rate at different points. I'm testing on Austria track.

MSI Afterburner shows erratic frame times.

Any pointers?

I've sorted this, I turned off G Sync and Vsync.

Now getting 200+FPS averages with 150fps 1% lows. Much more stable.
