SexyPöxyt have won against Deportivo Morón with 3-0. Middlesbrough FC win 2-3 against Tampa Bay Rowdies. Amazulu FC and Bengaluru FC have a draw with 2-2. Newcastle United and St. Pauli FC gave HJK Helsinki and FC Santa Claus, respectively, a blow with a 3-0 win. Two title contenders alongside the unstoppable Tapio, Borussia Delmenhorst and Adelaide United, resulted in Adelaide United surprising the Germans with a 3-1 win. Besiktas JK and Leicester FC get an 1-1 draw, and Nazionale Piloti won 3-1 against Olympiacos FC.

Current Standings

SexyPöxyt are still leading the tables. They are under pressure from the defending champions Adelaide United. The Top 5 teams have a 2 point gap to eachother. Middlesbrough, Nazionale and Bengaluru are tied with 21 points. St. Pauli FC move up, and Newcastle United seem to move up from the bottom 3, but still have to get points if they should fight against Helsinki and Santa Claus. Deportivo Morón are still with 9 points.

Round 16 Results

What is actually going on in here?! Title contenders SexyPöxyt didn't score any goal on their game against Manchester United!
Besiktas JK shockingly end Borussia Delmenhorst's chances of winning the title by winning 3-1 against them.
Nazionale Piloti and their Formula One greats smash FC Santa Claus with 4-0.
Olympiacos FC and HJK Helsinki had to have an 1-1 draw, and so did Leicester FC and Amazulu FC with a 2-2 draw.
Adelaide United won 3-0 against Deportivo Morón, putting the defending champions up to a race for the title.
St. Pauli FC lose another game to Middlesbrough FC.
Newcastle United surprisingly win 3-1 against Bengaluru FC.

Round 16 Standings

The standings - right now - is the highlight of this RPS season. Adelaide United and SexyPöxyt are tied with 31 points, with Adelaide United scoring more goals than the other team.
Borussia Delmenhorst, Tampa Bay Rowdies, Nazionale Piloti - who jumped up to 5th, Manchester United and Amazulu FC are battling for the 3rd place.
Newcastle United, after winning their last game of the season, jumped up into 13th, but can they retain their position? Behind Newcastle is Olympiacos, HJK Helsinki and FC Santa Claus with an 1 point gap to eachother. And again, Deportivo Morón keep on losing their game.

The biggest talking point of this season is Adelaide United's coach Josh Noack and SexyPöxyt's manager Tapio Rinneaho. If both these teams get a draw, Adelaide United will secure the title. If SexyPöxyt wins, or if Adelaide United lose and they get a draw, they are crowned champions. If Adelaide United wins, or if SexyPöxyt lose and they get a draw, they are crowned champions.

Tampa Bay Rowdies had the least draws in this season, and in the final round of this season, they won against Besiktas JK, which gave them a provisional 3rd place in the standings.
But Borussia Delmenhorst are still fighting for the Top 3 spot...
