RFE Plugin-Weather for GSC2013 ?

Does anyone know if this works with GSC2013 ? (rF-GSC Conv Tool)

Be great if it did or if Reiza were looking at their own weather App/Plugin.

Be nice to race on Wet tracks.

Reiza have stated if they get enough crowdfunding that they would add dynamic weather later on after all the confirmed DLC is released.

Really looking forward to that, hope they can do it.
In the meantime, I don't think the plugin works, but it is possible to create 'static' wet weather by editing the fog and light, adding rainspray, and lowering grip levels. Works pretty well if you take the time to set it up right. Do a search for Northamptonshire wet track to get an idea of how it looks
