rFactor .hdv documentation?

I've recently used rFactor for a lot of testing of my upcoming mod and for setting up the physics (really like those laser-scanned tracks).

I've come across some differences between the GTL .hdc file and rFactor .hdv file. And there is still some parameters in the .hdv file that can be interpreted differently (rising damper rate of bumpstop etc).

I've found a document "The rFactor HDV file and it's role in defining the car" but it already has some errors in it and does not contain all information.

I was wondering if there is an official documentation for the hdv file, preferably with units for the parameters?
