rFactor gen file help

I have an issue about models not loading in game at certain views that I dont understand
I have images to help explain what I mean.
The car in question is a Corolla TE71 that I have privately converted from GTR2 that was Originally Converted from GTA San Andreas.

This is the T Camera (Free looking down), I am supposed to see the body of the car but all I see is the shadow and the wheels. This is the problem I'm trying to solve problem.png

The cockpit view is fine nothing wrong here

Here is the contents of the cars Gen File. Most of it is original from GTR2 where I then cleaned it up a bit and modified it to work with rFactor. The section before Actor=Vehicle is where I think the problem is. ToyTe71_shadow.gmt will load up but everything else in that section doesn't show in T camera.
Has anyone had this issue before and how can I fix it?
