Rfactor 2 lost cars and tracks

Newbee problem.......while using Rfactor2 for a week or so i started the program and noticed that my racing stats were back to 0 and all the cars and tracks I had installed were gone? Any help appreciated.

Do you know how to verify integrity of game cache with steam?

Ingame there is a option to select only some cars or tracks or series, maybe try that and select all cars and tracks?
