Returning to GTL

​Morning all,
After a while away I've got the itch back, currently building something to run GTl, RaceOn etc comfortably and, well...has anything changed significantly?
Been browsing through and see a lot about GTL and lobby fixes and digital downloads etc...all a bit bewildering:eek: So, once online, is the registration process, firing up the game and racing the same or do I need to know anything else?

Looking forward to reacquainting myself with some of you and meeting others

Simbin have offered a digital download version for free for the owners of the original DVD, you might want to look into that. http://www.raceroom.net/news/gt-legends-revival/
Simbin's lobby is also back online, so no need for the lobby fix file.

Other than that, everything's the same :letsgoracing:

Best thing to do (IMO) is, if you have the disc like I know you do, get the free digital download copy Simbin are offering to pre existing DVD owners.

It points at the right lobby, it's been de-starforced and basically, it am the best. :good:

Also, all our events are run under the Historic Section now, as we use rFactor as well for some mods, and it allows us to expand easily into anything that falls into our interest zone (eg the rF2 Historic classes when that comes out, etc.)
