F1 2010 restart career and reputation

Does anyone know when you restart your career, do you keep your reputation or do you start from scratch again?

You start all over again but you'll be able to choose from better teams. For example I had to restart after autosaving me with no tires for a race so got really annoyed and restarted and I'm driving for BMW Sauber Now and I'm really pleased with the outcome on my 4 race I'm level 9 and already have fast engine map setting and couple more upgrades, so its not that bad.
