As you might have seen, there are extremely few mods for D4 overall. This is due to the different file encryption/system for D4. There are work in different groups trying to find a way to make it as moddable as DiRT Rally. But at the moment, there are not many people that are able to mod the game like they want, and the ones who do, are more likely to be working towards a simpler and/or more streamlined way to mod the game.
