Replay issue, crash to RSC after 45 sec

Hiya.

After the latest update/patch I can't seem to run a full replay without the game crashing to the RS Center screen with no information of why, not even a common "the program has stopped working" window

Has anyone else ever ran into this issue?

I had it before, suddenly is stopped... uhm, not working. No idea what fixed it. Hopefully the update in 2 weeks time!

New patch installed and the still the same issue, but the crash happens a bit quicker now

Any suggestions laying around or should I just go for a new install?
