Replacement dedicated server GUI

has there ever been released a new GUI for the dedicated server program, i.e with buttons instead of typing in text commands, e.g. instead of typing in /throwyellow, you could click on a button which would then send the same command to the server?

i'm writing a program atm, which is a chatbot. it talks to drivers on multiple server instances.
so, taking some line of code, and doing something like you requested, would be a matter of minutes.
a simple GUI and some text fields were you can type in the text phrase should be ok? and some buttons, and the possibility to send the message also per hotkey. storing the messages in an INI file for later use, is also no rocket science.
