Recommend amp for shakers? Blow up my behringer

I did just blow up my behringer NU1000. Red lights is on.
I have 2 shakers ( Power rating: 100W MAX, 50W RMS
Impedance : 4 Ohm
Frequency range: 30 - 300Hz
Resonant frequency: 40 Hz
Minimum mounting surface: 110x110 mm
They are paralell connected in the right channel. Also have a buttkicker2 connected to the left channel. Am i doing something wrong?
Could i buy a AODA PA100 for my 50w shakers? Look at the specs for Aoda pa100.
What about my buttkicker is rated 2ohm?

I personally use cheap as dirt second hand AV receivers that have 5.1 or 7.1 analog multi-channel input, that support 4ohms and above. I'm running 6 x 100w 4ohm shakers on it.
