Replacement default racing suits, helmets, caps, gloves to real WRC's liveries.

What UE 4.27 settings did you put when cooking the files? I'm trying to make a texture replacer that replaces the generic decals in livery editor with real sponsors. Any help is appreciated.

I'm using UE 4.27 which can download from Epic Games Launcher.
Just create a new project, drag texture to content folder,
and go File-> Save All Then File-> Cook content for Windows

I imported the textures as dds (8888 ARGB) to the right folder (content/wrc/ui/textures/ ...etc) inside UE4.27 and then cooked for Windows. I boot up WRC, and it tries to load but then i get a warning that says files have been corrupted and that i need to verify files. With just your mod installed, i do not see this error. That is why i asked about UE4.27 settings, maybe there's a step i'm missing somewhere inside Unreal Editor?

dds only supported as Cubemap texture.

If you want to import Diffuse or Nomal texture, file must be png or bmp.
 
Tutorial for how to use .pak type MOD in EA Sports WRC

Overview

As you know EA Sports WRC has file verify system, so we had to use Unreal Mod Unlocker(UMU) for using MODs at first. But now we can use .pak type MOD without UMU, just like as other UE4 games. You don't have to use UMU anymore, fast game loading, and easy install and uninstall. (Big thanks to Steam Community Guide)

Installation
  1. Unzip and drop .pak file to "EA SPORTS WRC\WRC\Content\Paks"
  2. Add launch commandline -fileopenlog and run the game
Steam version : Library > Property > General > LAUNCH OPTIONS and type -fileopenlog​

EA App version : Library > Right Click "EA Sports WRC" > View properties > Advanced launch options and type -fileopenlog​

Uninstall
Delete .pak file from "EA SPORTS WRC\WRC\Content\Paks"

FAQs
Q : Can I use in online? / Is this mod banned when using online?
A : I don't know. Use at your own risk.

Q : I want to use other MODs that aren't .pak type.
A : You can use both MODs .pak type and UMU type. If you want to use UMU type MODs as .pak, ask MOD's author to convert, or convert yourself (not recommend for beginners)

Q : How to uninstall Unreal Mod Unlocker?
A : Delete these files and folders
- Files except WRC.exe from "EA SPORTS WRC/WRC/Binaries/Win64"
- "EA SPORTS WRC\WRC\Content\WRC" folder
- "EA SPORTS WRC\WRC\Content\Illusory Content" folder
