PC1 Real A.I. and name Driver?

Hello everyone
I wanted to know if there are programs or other solutions to modify:
1) the name of the drivers for example: putting Hamilton, Vettel, Alonso instead of fake ones
2) if you can change the I.A. opponents of the drivers one by one, for example: a Raikkonen is stronger and faster than a Palmer
3) if you can make a custom grid and change at will positions in Quick Races

As far as I know none of this is possible unfortunately

There is a custom grid mod, but I haven't used it so I am not exactly sure what it can do. It's probably got more to do with mixing classes at will rather than mixing names and AI levels. Check it out anyway, the actual name is Custom Grid Tool.
