Re-worked HD Ferrari Skin ML2166

[ML2166]

He we have the HD updated Ferrari skin for F1 2012.

Included in the file are

HD skin for demo
HD High and Low texture skins for the full game release.

Totally re-worked from scratch.

Will adjust should I need to when the High_LOD model is released with the full game.

Back up all files due to be changed first.
