RainFX and Live Conditions

Hello everyone,

I try to make a server with some of my friends using hamachi and we would like to have some random changes in time during the race.

Does the use of Live Conditions plugin CM and RainFX allow some changes during races in terms of time?
Will this make rain tires viable in a competition?

I've used live and seen conditions change,went from dry to rain which made it real tricky,for some reason my track gets wet real fast and also dry real fast when the rain stops,a bit too fast it seems,not sure what's causing that,time progression was just set at x1
