Rail all over the track

I have a pretty big track here and i want it to have a rail or wall all over both sides. How can i do this, without spending hours clicking and positioning the objects? Thanks in advance.

Use walls with spline or sob's. You still have to go all the way around your track.

If you don't want your track to be frame hungry I would suggest spending some time splitting up your walls. If you have 1 continuous wall it will be drawn all the time, no matter where you are on track.

Could copy the track to a new track in the tracks dialogue box, then change the profile in the cross section editor, making sure the vertices at the base meet up?
