F1 2011 Racing line problem

Hi everybody,I have just got the game,and so am pretty new to it,but the "racing line" sort of lifts up off the track at corners.Codemasters are useless at answering,and just tell me to turn the line off,but I'm not that confident yet,and really,I shouldn't have to just because they made a mistake.Any help please?

In the options you can choose if you want a 3d or 2d racing line. The 2d line is flat on the track...

there's a f**king surprise...not! CM are gits when it comes to replying to people who have forekd out £40 with no instruction book. i think the reason why they can't answer is they dont even know themselves, PMSL
