Yes Marbles on a plastic track that slopes down incrementally throughout lap. And at start and finish there is a escalator made from Technic Lego with a motor to lift marbles up to the top.
Can you imagine the regs. The marble has to have circumference # and weigh # grams. Each one can be measured and weighed before event. The only way to cheat would be to put a lotion to polish it and increase velocity.
