Racing Between the Walls

How can you not like street circuits...
Not only because of what you see in that video but because they are flat, narrow, mostly right angle turns, rarely any elevation changes ...no fun for drivers or spectators. Give me Spa or Watkins Glen or Mosport any day.

I wouldnt call Macau either flat or with mostly right angle turns, but narrow it is, in sector 2 at least. Baku has some decent elevation too, same with Monaco. Most american street circuits are what you describe, including rediciously bumpy, but there are street circuits that mimics more traditional tracks, just with the walls a lot closer.

I love street circuits because of their walls; it adds another layer of challenge. However, I also think most street circuits are too narrow and ill-suited for anything larger than F3 cars. Racing GT cars on a track like Macau is silly.
