I got some tips and trick I want to share with you (and the rest of the community).

EDIT:

Select all the "fill in!"
Right mouse button > cel properties
Tab > protection > tick the block box > press OK


Go to Extra > protection (beveiliging) > sheet protection (blad beveiliging)
<password> > press ok

Result: only the fill in can be filled !!!
