Race Start Timer Increase ?

Is there a way to increase the Race Start from 35 Sec to say 60 sec.

Makes it easier when doing Weight commands to type them rather than rushing.

Ive been told that the MULTI RECON increasing that will do it but nothing has worked.

You can add a 1 min warmup to have a break
