EDIT: Never mind.
Turns out that getting a better grasp on what the shock-settings actually do helps immensely.
So I've been working on a set-up for tomorrows race at Mugello.
Turns out that these race-cars are dreadfully complicated things.
But I do seem to have narrowed it down to what is IMO a fairly balanced set-up for the Accord.
6th gear might need a nudge up, not really sure.
One slight problem though:
It absolutely
EATS tires.
Rear-wheels isn't too bad, but after 3-4 laps the front-wheels are really starting to hurt.
So is there anything I can do to mitigate this without unbalancing the whole thing?
Any help would be appreciated, even if it's after the race.
Just please talk to me like I'm not a petrol-head.
('cause I'm not
)
Cheers,
Lars
PS: Yes, I realize that going slower would save on the tire-wear, but that kinda defeats the purpose of the exercise, doesn't it?
