I gotta make this short, so no multi-paragraph report like usual

I like this track and I especially liked the combo of these cars and this track. Speed seemed mediocre in practice, but timing sheets in quali told me otherwise with a result of second . Got a good start, only to have Marius shoot past me and into second. Lot of intense racing which I thoroughly enjoyed until I made my pit stop. Lost time by adding fuel... I did NOT mean to do that ! Still, Marius must have got four tyres instead of two like me and I had a good lead.

Uncomfortable with the way my car was handling, ended up into the wall and Marius got back and I fell to third. Alex Odell trailed me for the last half of the race and we had a very intense last few laps. I got in low on the hairpin on the last lap and finished third :D! That was some awesome racing, I hope to hope some good racing with you again Alex in Le Mans next week :cool:.

Hi all! Well that was an eventful and entertaining first race. Had no idea where I'd fall in terms of pace compared to a crowd of new people so I was pleasantly surprised with 5th in practice, 5th for most of qualifying before dropping to 6th, and then 5th in Warm Up. Needless to say I expected to come 5th in the race. Ran 6th, 5th and 4th in the race, realise I'd calculated my fuel wrong and had to pit the early side of half distance, whacked on some new fronts, topped up the fuel, and set out in vengeance just ahead of Justin, who I managed to stay ahead of until he pitted.

The second half of the race was brilliant as I closed in on Nelson and then spent the final 10 laps hooked to his rear bumper, but he didn't falter once . Penultimate lap and I took a bit of a lunge into druids, we banged doors but I hope you saw it as fair! A podium was too good to be true though and he grabbed the place back exactly 1 lap later on the final lap. Finished a few tenths behind 3rd place ultimately. Very happy and out of breath. :) Congrats on your win Justin, you're clearly one of these fast and consistent buggers!

I've never done a race longer than 25 minutes on Race 07, and never with pit stops, so it was two big steps into the unknown. Thank you for having me, it was a lot of fun (although it was a shame there were only 3 of us on teamspeak), and I'll definitely be back for more! :sneaky:

I had a good car in the garage, it wouldn't go any faster only slower.

It didn't get any better in Q

I almost hung onto the tail end but Hristo and Nathan were having a good one for a while. It changes after the stop as Hristo got away and ittook Nathan a while to recover the time. Justin got by us one at a time[whew] and it was down to the last lap to determine who took the place. Nathan had the speed!

Nothing unfair from my point of view! Just some good close fun racing that resulted in some minor contact.
