Edit: If someone doesn't use skinpack, he sees only random picked car? What if I want to make a substitution, like a game car number 11. Is it possible?

If you want to make a new skin or changing the one you have just post here the new one and will update the skinpack
If you dont use a custom skinpack others will see the one you choose from the default skins when you connect to the race

And one of us had no time to practice for this ...
I will be more slower then what i use to be ... but the track doesnt look very difficult to learn from the few laps i made it ... so maybe i can keep up for a while with the slowest drivers

Like, I would define that when he doesn't use skinpack and my car is orange, he could see the original car number 11 which is orange too.

Car someone help me with tactics ? I worked out that's its about 55 laps long ? ... so do you come in every 15/20 laps and change tyres and add fuel ?

1 pitstop will do it after 40 mins, upto you if you split fuel to 2 half races or fill it up and put 14 Ltr in, but you will need tyres.

Ha ... i understand what you ask now ... as far as i know there is no option for that ... it will pick the first default skin or randomly ... not sure ... i never paid much attention to that

Was great fun driving Corvette ... my 1st time ever on this car ... i was not so slow as i was expecting and managed to made 2 good races.

Thanks Yves for running this not so popular cars ... they are great

If i may make a suggestion for future Retro races i will suggest STCC tracks ... the Volvos will look great there ... specially on Knutstorp.

Your times should be around 127xxx for that. :eek:

I guess it will be like 50 laps. My calculations usualy works. I always do one pitstop and even though my tire wear isn't bad, I always change tires. But you can do whatever suits you, even one pitstop after 15 laps or 35 laps. There will be big rush in pitlane around 40min.

It's always the first car of its type on the list. So with the mini it's always the orange number 1 car (although the number doesn't show up)

If that's true, I'll get 5 laps until end of the race. I make only 1:35,006, that's 50 laps in 80 minutes

Fast lap times aren't that important here. Tier wear management and a constant pace are more important.
I've had at least 2 races where i started in top10 and by lap 2 i was last, and both times managed to finish in my qualy position or better just by beeing constant and by pitting late and finishing strong because of good tires.
