I really needed some racing but I was obviously too tired for this. After 2-3 laps I kept falling asleep at straights, then hitting walls in almost every corner until the point I destroyed the front end of my car and retired. Thanks for the race anyways, a great combo imo, just needs a more "fresh" day.

It was a lottery... in about 10 minutes before end, I though I will run to get some WC time... I got over that, and I started to have big headache (I am going for long sleep now... I am really feeling bad)... concentration ran out in the last lap, when I did hit in about 140 km/h in tho corner of barriers... in normal case, wheel should left, engine explode... nothing happened, I was able to finish the last lap... I never had that big luck before, I was thanking god for this...

it was magic tonight - even though I feel really really bad, I loved those tight streets...

see ya next time :) good night

VERY IMPORTANT!!!

You have to confirm the golden rules if you sign up for this event. The sign up format is:
  • Drivername: your name

If the racing staff don't see this in your sign up request, you won't see your name in the sign up list!
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We have a fresh, new way of reporting and punishing incidents in the Racing Club, using an infractions system - read more here

You are actively encouraged to use this system - we like to keep driving standards high - so if you feel you were wronged in any way during an event simply send the event organizer a private message detailing the incident including a youtube video. Do not post reports/accusations in the thread itself - negativity and anger gets us nowhere.

I know RD has had a difficult week with the server issues, but something needs to be done to revive Mini Friday. Sign ups used to be full within hours of the thread starting, but this is the 3rd race recently to have less than 10 cars :(.

The race was pretty quiet to be honest for me. I'm pleased to have finished my 3rd race in a row at Macau which is a big improvement from past events. I'm not a big fan of street tracks as nice as they are to look at I hate the confinement of the walls. I was running 2nd until halfway when I span and got a puncture. I was passed by Peter b4 pit entry and rejoined 4th. Once Nisse pitted I was up to 3rd. The aero damage I'd got in the spin was losing me about 2-3 seconds a lap on Peter between the last and 3rd corners as the car was not really needing 6th gear anymore :(. Otherwise I was keeping pace for the rest of the lap. Finished 3rd, but that's not all that gr8 in such a small field. Jesper was in a league of his own here today :good:.

Thanks though to Hugo for getting something setup with very little time available to him :).
